Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but understand that some time things don't work out as planned. We have a 14 day return policy. Your item(s) must be in the exact condition that you received it, with tags, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

To initiate a return or an exchange, please contact us at willandwrenco@gmail.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return. We do not provide a return shipping label. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your items once you receive your order and contact our team immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
